Brayards Road

Brayards Road, Peckham is a low rise block of flats completed by SHfH in 2009. It contains six one-bedroomed and six two-bedroomed flats with a communal garden.

It is a timber-framed construction built to HCA standards, which includes an Eco Homes rating of ‘very good’.

The completed project has been transferred to two housing associations – Hexagon and New World housing – for affordable rent.

Over 1500 volunteers worked on the construction of the building, from the digging the foundations to working on the roof.
